My Favorite Beauty Aid!

When it comes to make-up and moisturizer, my moisturizer wins hands down, every time! If I had to choose between the two, move over make-up! Not every lady that reads this blog will be a make-up wearer, but every lady should be a moisturizer user! If you don't have a facial moisturizer of some kind, shame shame!

Here's my favorite:

Not only is it cheaper than the L'Oreal (which contains the same ingredients), but it works just as well! I love the smell of cleanliness this container holds....ahh!

I started using moisturizer on my face after washings at the age of 13. I've been using this brand since I was about 16 (now 22) and haven't switched! Because it's "firming", I do hope that it helps keep wrinkles at bay for as long as possible!

Using anti-wrinkle cream is an excellent idea at any age (it's amazing what consistency can do).

What is your favorite face cream? How long have you been using your current?

Don't have a moisturizer? Try Equate Firming Face and Neck Cream! I HIGHLY recommend it (and it comes from Wal-Mart)!

Thanks for the tip. I'm going to give it a try. I too love creams that have a fresh clean scent.

Sure! If you have oily skin and the moisturizer makes your face seem even extra oily, just use a small dusting (very small) of baby powder to give a oil-free-looking completion!

I'd like to try this kind. I had bought the Neutrogena brand...NOT cheap, I might add, and though I really like it alot, I would like to get attached to something a bit cheaper. LOL

Thanks for the tip!

I use two different kinds. I use an oil free moisturizer during the day and a night time firming cream at night. They are okay.

My favorite is Hope in a Jar by Philosophy because I use can it day AND night.

I love the plain old Oil Of Olay. I remember my mom using it, back when the bottle was made out of glass and not plastic.

Sometimes at night I'll use the Mary Kay night cream (my sis was a MK rep so I got lots of it from her), but it's very very greasy.

My skin is very sensitive and I break out easily. My FAVORITE face wash/moisturizer comes from Mary Kay. It is her 3-in-1 cleanser, and it works wonders. I washed my face twice a day with the wash, and use the cream only in the morning. At night I massage coconut oil on my face, and that really helps with breakouts.

Mostly, during the day, I just ude CG (Cover Girl) Smoothers. It's what they call a "tinted moisturizer". It's like a moisturizing, super lighteight foundation. I like it especially in the summer, and I get the kind with SPF, too.

Winter and more makeup days, I use Suave cold cream. And I use Oil of Olay night firming cream. It works very weel but, like Erica, my mom used Olay and the scent is comforting.

Hey--there's a topic for you! Perfume!

I will have to try this! I have a moisterizer I use when I remember, (I think its clean and clear)but I've never been super pleased with it. It was expensive though, so I feel obligated to use it up!

I agree that using anti-wrinkle cream at a yound age is a good idea. Doesn't it make sense to preserve our skin BEFORE it gets bad? An ounce of prevention . . .

Going along with that, it is very important to protect our skin from the sun. When I remember to use moisturizer, I use one that is a moisturizer, an anti-wrinkle cream, and has SPF all in one.

I am so much trying to get my hands on the cream you mention as well as EQUATE ANTI-WRINKLE CREAM from Wal-Mart. Where do you find these products? I am in canada and we don't carry those. My daughter coming back from States brought them with her for me. I LOVE both products. I have tried the internet site of wal_mart but *No*. No such luck.

Can some one pls. leave a comment where to find this product in USA. Thank you.

I've used an Equate cream, and I loved it. I can't remember if it said Firming on it or not.

I hate to admit this, but I'm a moisturizer brand switcher. I find one that I love, but I don't necessarily buy it the next time around. So, I've tried expensive ones and bargain ones.

Ok..Ok...I'm the one that doesn't moisturize. I'll give it a try. I always thought if my face was oily I didn't need to moisturize but I've heard too many say I'm wrong. I'm going to get this stuff. thanks for the comment on my blog! I'll be visiting you again very soon.
