Let's face it. Polish that is old and lumpy, or that you haven't warn in years (that is probably old and lumpy anyways) really needs to be thrown away.

Oh my gosh! You've got me on this one. I have a really nice OPI red that I can't even open but I can't bring myself to part with it. I confiscated some of my moms when I moved out of her house when I got married. That was five years ago! Ummm time to go shopping! ;)
